This data is transmitted directly from Translink to each device for the express purpose of improving the overall experience of Brisbane commuters and has not been manipulated, altered, stored or sold in any way that would violate the Copyright Act 1968. All other information presented has been manually determined from publically available sources and is considered to be public domain knowledge. This information as a collective whole is stored on the BrisDroid server to allow the BrisDroid application to function.

The BrisDroid application is copyrighted by the developers, and is all that is included within the transaction when purchased from the Google Play store. No data sets, whether copyrighted by BrisDroid or other third parties, are sold. They remain the respective right of their owners and reserve the right to restrict access to their data at any time.
